Leading our quest

Growing up nurturing new vines alongside his parents, and riding horses for miles across their river flats and hill country farm land, Louis Vavasour has been learning to understand the land and its elements since he was a child. Now as the leader of the Sapor Makers & Growers team, he is charged with ensuring everything we do brings you New Zealand’s flavourful best.
