This 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in two select Waimea Plains vineyards. Seven parcels were fermented with select aromatic yeast strains before maturation on lees. With notes of ripe passionfruit, lime, snow pea and lemon verbena, this wine is vibrant and crisp with a long, elegant finish.
